Hopefully, you are safe. Due to COVID 19 pandemic, our college has already remained closed for more than three months. While the university was conducting the semester-end-examination, in the 2nd week of Chaitra, our exams suspended.
Unexpectedly, the crisis prolonged, and our worries are now on the peak. However, after completing three months-long lock down period, the government has recently adopted the loose down strategy. Recently, our university also conducted a joint virtual meeting with all its affiliated and constituent campuses authorities, where most agreed to run the exams physically considering the social distancing, sanitary measures, and other necessary precautions.
As per our knowledge, within a few days, a revised examination schedule or an alternative examination/evaluation model shall be published by the university with a due date of 15 days, at least. So, we suggest all concerned to start the necessary preparation for the upcoming.
Meanwhile, we have received the directives from Purbanchal University regarding online class provisions. As an initial step, a survey form has been designed (the link of which is attached to it) in order to gather information from you all.
1. Office and administrative activities have resumed from the 1st of Ashad, 2077, during all working days between 7:30 to 11:00 A: M.
2. Students may ask for different subjects’ academic consultation platforms. As per the requirement, the college shall manage physical or virtual settings for teacher-student interaction in compliance with the government directives.
We are hopeful that very soon, we shall bounce back to normalcy. Stay alert and Safe.
